The offers presented on this portal have been arranged by TourEvent GmbH. The following contractual conditions apply:

Payment terms
On receipt of the confirmation of your reservation, the full invoice should be paid in Swiss Francs. Unfortunately, payment by credit card is not possible. Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

Prices
The prices listed in the confirmation of the reservation are binding.

Cancellation of the booking
If the reservation has to be cancelled, a processing fee of CHF 60 is charged. This is not covered by the cancellation insurance. In addition to this processing fee, the following costs will be charged in the event of a cancellation:

up to 60 days prior to arrival date, 20% of the package cost

59 to 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the package cost

 14 to 1 day (s) prior to arrival date, 100% of the package cost

We do not offer cancellation insurance. This must be completed  individually. 

Complaints
The booking office must be notified immediately if any problems occur, which cannot be rectified locally, so we can act swiftly to remedy the problem and / or if required provide alternative accommodation. If the booked accommodation or the alternative offered is not accepted by the guest, no refund will be made and liability will not accepted.

Any complaint or possible claim will only be dealt with, if received 72 hours after using our service. At the latest, a claim should be submitted in writing to the booking office within 10 days of the end of the holiday, otherwise any claim for compensation will expire. 

Program changes and unforeseen circumstances
TourEvent GmbH reserves the right to change the travel program or individually agreed services if unforeseeable circumstances make this necessary. As far as possible, we will try to offer an equivalent replacement. 

Continuation of booking conditions
In the event of "acts of Gof", environmental disaster or natural events, Tour Event GmbH is entitled to terminate the booking without compensation. In this case, the customer receives the amount already paid but waives any further claims. 

Liability
TourEvent GmbH is only liable for the regular reservation of the overnight stays locally but is not liable for unforeseeable circumstances, which cannot be influenced by TourEvent GmbH such as: failures or disruptions of the water and / or power supply, heating, lift misfunction etc. or reduction of the rental value due to environmental damage, temporary noise emissions on site such as traffic diversion, construction sites etc. 

TourEvent GmbH is not liable for the value of agreed but not performed or poorly performed services or any additional expenses, insofar as it was not possible for the booking office, the local representative or the service provider to provide an equivalent replacement service on the spot.

TourEvent GmbH ist not liable for the breech of the contract for the following reasons: 

• Negligence the client before or during the trip

• Unforeseenable or unavoidable negligence of a third party who is not involved in the provision of the contractual service

• Unforeseen environmental events or any event which the TourEvent GmbH or the service provider could not foresee or avert despite due care.

In the case of property damage and financial damage resulting from non-compliance or improper compliance of the contract, the tour operator's liability is limited to a maximum of the agreed price for the package, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Lower liability limits in international agreements are reserved.  

TourEvent GmbH is liable for personal injury, death, bodily harm and illness, which are the result non-fullfillment or improper fullfillment of the contract, provided that the damage is caused by him or his service provider.

Damages which are proved to be caused by the hotel guest during their stay must be paid for in full. The house rules in the respective hotel accommodation must be observed. Any damage must be reported to the owner or the representative prior to departure.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Only Swiss law is applicable to this contract. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Davos.
